XOXO Pastry is a small home bakery in Honolulu, Hawaii. This page explains what information we collect on xoxopastry.com and what we do with it.

What we collect when you order

When you place an order through our online form, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, Instagram handle (optional), the desserts you choose, the date you need them and any notes. We use this only to prepare your order, confirm it with you and arrange pickup.

Order details are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and shared with our own team through a private Telegram group so we can start baking. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

Payments

We don't take card payments on this website. Deposits are sent directly through Zelle or Venmo, which handle your payment under their own privacy policies.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors find us and whether our ads work (for example, counting that an order was placed after someone clicked an ad). These Google services may set cookies or use similar technologies and collect information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ad Settings and out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Contacting us through other apps

If you message us on WhatsApp, SMS or Instagram, those conversations are handled by those apps under their own privacy policies. We use them only to talk with you about your order.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — just message us on WhatsApp or text +1 (279) 243-0095. We keep order records only as long as we need them for our business and tax records.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
